I had to open a paypal dispute to get my money back 1 week after I joined them and got suspended for no reason. Won't waste time going through it all on here but imagine this: they asked me to mail them the password to my paypal account. How about mailing them the copy of my ID card? Maybe they will find someone naive enough uh? I haven't had to publish my ID with Adwords/Adsense/CJ/Shareasale/Overture/Forbes yet these bluedhost cowboys require me to fax a copy of it AND my paypal password! Fortunate enough I have not use them for hosting. So far I'm fine with hostagtor, lunarpages and bluehost for wordpress installation. A few years ago my sister needed a website for business so I helped her out with that, I registered the domain with Go Daddy and ended up using their hosting as well. The domain registration with Go Daddy is great, but the hosting leaves a lot to desire for good quality. I switched to Hostgator and never had any problems, their support is really good, but having to think about it I almost never needed them because the service is almost flawless.
